I am planning to start an awards system,where members could achieve a monthly certificate for the following catagories:- Most promising Newbie Member of the month & The Group hug award (Presented to any member who we feel deserves a group hug for whatever reason) Do you think this is a good idea? I am aiming to start this ASAP seeing as we are only 4 days into the month _________________ Always remember to forget the troubles that pass your way; BUT NEVER forget the blessings that come each day.
