Isn't it a disgusting situation created by the Portugese authorities concerning the missing Madeleine. They now say the McCanns won't be charged because of lack of evidence!! Why do they think that is ? Because Kate and Gerry are innocent that's why, so there won't be any evidence will there? DOH! Detectives ! They couldn't find their nose to pick it. Maybe if they had pulled their finger out at the beginning of the so called investigation and done proper and more widespread searches the child would be back with her doting parents by now. LESSON ONE: Don't be British in Portugal!!!!

There's plenty of evidence to show they are guilty of wilful neglect in the least.
Leaving babies alone in a foreign country while out partying deserves gaol imo |

I agree that no way should those children have been left alone,but that makes the parents guilty of neglect not murder._________________

Sorry but the situation was NOT created by the Portuguese authorities. It was created, in the first instance, by two parents leaving their child alone in a flat. As anyone who's been on the continent on holiday knows, children are always welcomed in restaurants. There was no need to leave her there, she could have gone with Mum and Dad.
In my eyes they are culpable. Even if they did not kill her, they are culpable of neglect._________________ I've been drinking for 40 years....so why am I still thirsty?
