Huddersfield boss Andy Ritchie will not be stepping up his pursuit of released Leeds striker Ian Moore.
The 30-year-old was released following Leeds' relegation to League One,

But Ritchie told his club's website: "We've not heard anything on the Ian Moore situation for a while, so I believe that's dead in the water."

Last week, the Terriers boss signed much-travelled Danny Cadamarteri, 27, on a two-year contract after he rejected a new deal at Leicester.

He will compete for a place up front with Andy Booth, Luke Beckett and Lukas Akins, while Gary Taylor-Fletcher and Danny Schofield also provide forward options.

"Danny's signing means we have four out-and-out goalscorers and plenty of versatility," Ritchie added.

The lad has a great deal of heart , but that is where the positives end , I hope he finds a new club soon cos in league one he should be able to do a good job for some club.

Was disappointed to see him go, but as you say, hope he gets a club soon.

Aye , maybe his wage demands are a little too hight for league one footie , and i cant see many CCC teams being interested in him.
