had a great weekend finshed work at 2 pm friday didnt do much friday really,but saturday went for a 10 mile walk all over scarborough it this nice weather we are having headphones on couple of spliffs rolled and away i was,didnt get back home till 4ish,then had a shower down to gf house had a bbq and got drunk again ok the i was shitfaced 
and today me gf and the kids all been to dalby forset for the day what a brill day lovely weather yet again  cant beat it.just now im having a few stellas and a couple of sliffs waiting for match of the day to start top weekend wish they were all like that.

Me i got up at 1pm Saturday after working Friday night,went for a walk Sat teatime,failed to get merry sat night
Sunday,went to neil's,watched a bit of footy,went for a short walk,went out

Saturday went shopping on my own, made a nice change to be able to look round some clothes shops without having to worry about Dan
Sunday went out for a meal to celebrate my birthday and that was about it. Have had better birthdays.

looked after the kids friday night while the other half was on hen do - bbq saturday avvy followed by football presentation - absolutely hammered -one of the drunkest ever - and just had a pint (hair of the dog) on sunday
roll on next weekend - stag doo
and weekend after promotion (and wedding)

Got injured playing footy! Damaged my ligaments now Im on crutches lol..Went to physio today.
