SleepwalkingI was watching a programme about sleep walking and peoples own personal accounts of it, sometimes it can be really frightening, to the extent that they have to hide all objects that they know can be dangerous, eg knives etc....
Have you ever been known to sleep walk?

i used to as a kid my mam said 1 night i managed to get down the stair open the back door and onto the back garden i dont do it any more i dont think

i used to sleep walk and sleep talk a lot when i was a kid. my mom told me once i got up and went to the bathroom sink and it was like i was washing something, but i didn't put the water on, she asked me what i was doing and i said i'm washing the song
