Richard Sutcliffe, watch this space lol In a defiant interview for Yorkshire Radio this morning, Ken Bates outlined the clubs current position regarding several matters, and spoke of the recent appeal against our 15 points deduction. Ken claimed that the appeal process was unfair, as all of the other club chairman present had something to gain from Leeds starting the season 15 points down. Bates went on to say that Leeds still had options with regards to a further appeal, and is considering going over the FA's head - he believes The FA didn't have the power to impose such a fine. He also questions whether other clubs would have recieved the same punishment - Pointing out West Ham's fine for illegal transfer dealings in comparison. He also said that other players would be brought in before the start of the season, and that even while he spoke, these matters were being tied up. Finally, Ken spoke of future investment in the club, claiming he was speaking to several interested parties, and that the club would be big again.
