Moneysupermarket.com is to launch a new broadband comparison tool that lets people check all the latest internet deals.
The price comparison service will use a new engine that lets people compare broadband products alongside bundled deals incorporating broadband, phone and digital TV services, with plans to add a 'quadplay' comparison in 2007.
The new channel will launch towards the end of the year and is set to include a number of new features that will help people choose the best package for their needs.
Jason Lloyd, broadband channel manager at moneysupermarket.com, said people are increasingly confused by the broadband market and the new tool would help provide accessible information.
“We're looking to work with the broadband industry to help us develop a channel that will provide the user with all the information they need to make a purchasing decision and make it as simple as possible to apply for a product.
“The top deals in the market feature, best buy tables and latest new product launches will be updated regularly to make sure the channel is kept up to date until the comparison tool launch and the channel revamp later this year,” he said.
