Lee EvansNever really watched this guy, cept for his seldom palladium shows. Couldn't sleep t'other neet and went for a coffee and a bit of tele, in the wee hours. Flicking round the tele, I found Paramount comedy channel and one of Lee Evans shows. Pissed mysen all the way through. he really is bloody good in his shows, much better than the sill 10 min stints on Palladium type thingy's..

Ah, Norman Wisdom. King of slapstick imho.
People go on about how good Charlie Chaplin was, and he was I suppose. However, my alltime favourite silent comedian was Harold Loyd. Way ahead of his time, and the rest of the silent actors!!
