propper bad sun stroke. want to do a bit of shopping but i suffer with panic atacks sometimes. and this as brought it on. ya feel as if ya gonna faint . but we gota plod on

i know what you mean about panic attacks, but mine are from claustrophobia. ever since i was a kid i can't stand being in small spaces (especially with low ceilings) and must admit, it's getting worse. even driving through long tunnels i start getting a little freaked out
