Bikes!!!!!!I in my wisdom thought it would be a good idea to get a bike to help me exercise more.
Today was the 1st day i have been able to go out on it and seeing as i havent ridden a bike for 30 odd years i found it hard going lol.I think i set my expectations too high,thank god it was quiet and nobody i knew saw me lol.

I prefer bikes with engines, can't pedal very well with my flipper feet!
