wow!!!!!!The Chinese government has fined a company £331 for sending spam – the first time it has done so since introducing anti-spam laws in March.
The Shenzhen company was sending junk emails after collecting email addresses from the internet.
According to the anti-spam regulations, emails containing ads must include "AD" in the subject line, and also give people the option to opt out. If they fail to do this they can be fined up to £2000.
According to the Shanghai Daily, Chinese internet users receive an average of 16.8 junk e-mails each week.
£331 quid , wow , that should stop em , laffin , I wonder what the extra quid was for??
