wish me luck pleasei am forced to look for a new job. well it was something that i have been thinking about for a while now, but the situation came to a head last week. my job has been burning me out and my bosses didn't give a shit and now that things have gotten so bad, their solution is to replace me as manager of my department, after months and months of me telling them that we are seriously understaffed. i really dont think they are truly aware of the challenges that my job demands so i would like to see how someone new will be able to cope, but good luck to them anyway. not my problem anymore  so im gonna stay until i find a new job and then adios amigos... see ya wouldn't wanna be ya...
i am a little nervous but excited about having a change. i went to an employment agency last week and hopefully will start having interviews soon...
