Thanks folks for your kind words, bit overwhelmed to be honest - and I had cancer in one of them too 
I must have such a common face lol, the amount of people who say they know me from somewhere is amazing. No I have never lived in Norfolk although I went there on holiday a few years back now.

Im feeling a little better today thanks Anne, still a bit of a mixture of tearful and angry. Im just terribly scared that at sometime he might try to get in touch again.
