Injuries going into Forrest gameJamie Clapham the former Ipswich and Birmingham defender this week completed his loan switch from Wolves - initially until September 30 - and could go straight into Wise's starting line-up.
But midfield pair Andy Hughes and Ian Westlake are both doubtful.
Hughes (groin), a recent signing from Norwich, and Westlake (ankle) were both replaced during last week's 4-1 home win over Southend.
Tore Andre Flo, who stepped off the bench to score in his first match back from a twice broken bone in his foot last week, will be among the substitutes again, while Jermaine Beckford and Tresor Kandol should spearhead Leeds' attack.
Striker Leon Constantine (ankle) and midfielders Shaun Derry (heel) and Gylfi Einarsson (calf) remain sidelined.
Kick-off at the City Ground is 1pm.
