Well, wouldnt be him would it. It'd be whoever they put in charge as manager.
Money isn't everything, and we dont know how much of his cash he wants to put in.

well thats true enough , so looking on the brightside , we have the sheikh , his business plan is to make Leeds United a top five side , and he has the managment in place to do that , can we do it , or are the big four just too big now for anyone to have a hope of catching them???

No ones ever too big... and the big four will be totally different in the next few years. Manu could really struggle for a start. Spurs should push in, Liverpool and Chelski will probably be top two, and there's a few other teams with a lot richer owners than Manure ready to splash the cash.
The law of football is that it changes completely every 10 years... the 00's have had Chelski... Although they came a little late thanks to a slightly extended 90's reign of Manure.
The 80's had Liverpool, and the 70's had Leeds... That's football
