Well one of my songs has just been playing , tis called young girl , me is sure the older ones on the forum have heard it before:-)

Anyway why does it mean so much to me???

Back in 1999 the internet for me was a very different place to what it is now , the chat rooms anyway , and back in 1999 I met my wife yourba , and along with a few other people I met a YOUNG girl online called Elnaz , she lived in MA , in the USA , our chat room then was a voice chatroom so we got real close .

Elnaz was 18/19 then , she really did change my life , had I not met her online i would have walked away from the chat rooms , and never met Yourba.

Elnaz too , all be it very young taught me so many wonderful things , things I still make use of today , my wife then Yourba knew we had a strong bond , very strong bond , she really didnt like her much because of it , and long after Elnaz went she hated the song 'young girl' the song will always bring back mixed mems for me , but either way it means the world to me.

I love the song,but it always reminds me of when i was left on my own with 2 children.My husband had left and i tried to keep a smile on my face for their sake.I carried on and proved to him and everyone else that i would get over it,and i did.

Several months after my ex had left,i was out with a few mates and bumped into one of the ex's mates.I was telling him about what had happened and I will survive came on,i said laughing,this is my song.Just after, Im doing fine now came on and he said,no this is your song.That was in 96.I ended up marrying him 8 years later after a lot of ups and downs.I have never forgotten the song and i think of it often.
