I only just thought of pro-abortionist. Does sound a little, ummm, aggresive doesn't it?

Geri Halliwell calls it, Pro-Choice

That's a better term, I guess? I would never agree with abortion unless it was under the "right" circumstances. Losing a kids an hard thing to deal with, so I fully understand why some people resent those who abort.

But, like I say, it's one of those things that will always come down to circumstance, and 4 and half years ago I didn't have the right circumstances. Me and the girl I was with were never happy, nor were we financially stable, or have a relationship that a baby could be brought up in, and there's people under far worse circumstances than we were, so at times, abortion is the only option.

(Just to clear things up though, she never aborted. I wanted her too, and it was considered, but she eventually decided against it for one reason or another - She eventually miscarried)

Sad circumstances Milky, I'm sorry.

I have taken a member of staff for an abortion, because she acted straight away, it wasn't traumatic. Just really professional. Just an examination, injection, and back the next day. They give you magazines to read, expensive ones!

If she had been over 8 weeks then a surgical procedure would have had to take place. And yes probably a different story.

My ex's sister's abortion was awful, they kept referring to the embryo as a baby. But she it was the right decison for her as she was halfway through her A levels. She has 2 children now, and is glad she waited for the right time to have them (and the right person).

I have 3 friends who have 1 child each, all them profess to love them dearly, but have missed out on so much of their lives they would rather have had their children when they were older.

It is deffinately personal choice...

....... I totally agree...... my sister had an Abortion when she was raped....... ...... I know some women have gone on, under these circumstances, to have their baby and be happy with their decision....... but at the end of the day. it's the woman's choice.....

We had to have treatment to get pregnant.
The doctors said there was a high chance of the baby being Downs Syndrome.
I was in a crap job with crap pay at the time, hardly the best circumstances...
but we went ahead.
When we we're pregnant we were told we could abort...
but we went ahead.
If you can bring a child into the world in a loving environment that's the best circumstances there is!
Bethany was born fit and well and is now a healthy, bright, well loved 10 year old.
I thank God for our little miracle.

I was picked on and bullied and beat up at school but
Bethany seems to be doing fine so far... High School next year...

That's great mate. Glad it worked out for you.

Just a quick note on this though. The people who are anti-abortion, usually claim it's unnatural and shouldn't be allowed. This is essentially the same. Twong may have never been a father had it not been for certain medical procedures. Do all the people who are anti-abortion oppose this too? They probably don't, because that's how hypocritical these people usually are. Circumstances mean people have to follow certain paths, and the people that oppose such things should keep their noses out, as they probably have no idea whatsoever what's led these people to do what they did. They're just self-righteous twats with nothing better to do.
