Yeah, that's the problem with banning things - It opens up a black market.

This is why alot of senior politicians have discussed the idea of legalising some drugs - It would (in theory) reduce crimerates, and drug related deaths substancially, and mean the NHS could control dosage of currently illegal substances, allowing them to slowly bring users off them. Sounds like a wild, far right theory, but it could work.

yeah it could, making anything illegal doesnt make it stop, i mean you just have to look back to the 30's and the prohibition, black markets do spring up making things far more dangerous i think

Well, the thing with drug related deaths is, they are always caused by an overdose or drugs that have been cut with something dangerous. Both could be prevented if they were made legal, as they'd only be cut with substances that were safe for human consumption, and dosage would be easily monitored preventing overdoses.

i love fireworks the bigger the better and milky i used to blow telephone boxes up 2 it was so funny wish i was a kid again lol
but on the legal side of things yes i think you should have to be at least 18 to buy them as a good friend of mine lost an eye when we were only 14 and yes you guess it we were messing around with them at the time
now im older and wiser its only firework displays for me
