Liverpool won community sheild 2-1. They were the better team, belting goal by risse(sp). Looked like contenders for premiership!! What does anybody else think????

Didn't watch the game, but by all reports, Chelsea were treating this like a pre-season friendly (of course that could have been just them getting their excuses in first!)

John Arne Risse does pop up and score the occasional cracker (done it a couple of times against us if I recall), but it is occasional and not necessarily an indicator of how they'll do in the real stuff that lies ahead.

Having said that I hope that they or at least someone gives Chelscum a run for their money this time.
