**** 01/05/2008 - RESULT Due 5pm ****
Between 8 and 15 points...?
Is "the rule we broke", the promise to pay more money back to the creditors, creating a lever, for HMRC to use against other clubs...?
Has it dragged on because the FL have offered 8 points but we want all 15...?
Will they close the bidding at 1pm and let the arbitration panel have the final say by returning 10+ points...?
I guess most are with me in saying...KB is right to demand ALL 15 points - If agreeing to pay MORE money back subject to circumstances is wrong then the rules are wrong_________________ MARCHING ON TOGETHER

The decision over whether Leeds United will regain any of the 15 points deducted from them at the start of the season will be made on Thursday at 5pm.
The decision will be revealed by the three-man arbitration panel at the Offices of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators in London.
If the full 15 points were to be reinstated to the club they would gain automatic promotion from League One and will end Doncaster Rovers' chances of automatic promotion.
Doncaster face Cheltenham on Saturday in a crucial game for both sides. A win for either team will gain significant reward.
A Cheltenham win will guarantee the Robins a place in League One next season, while a win for Rovers would guarantee them the second promotion place behind Swansea City if Leeds don't regain the full 15 points.
The news would also be a blow to former Cheltenham manager John Ward whose Carlisle United side are battling with Doncaster for the second promotion spot.
Carlisle host Cheltenham's relegation rivals AFC Bournemouth and will be hoping that a Cheltenham win will aid their promotion challenge.
If Leeds do regain all 15 points, they will be a point behind Champions elect Swansea City going in to the last game of the season.
Swansea face a long trip to Brighton on Saturday, while Leeds welcome the third team in the relegation mix alongside the Robins and Bournemouth, Gillingham to Elland Road.
If Leeds were to regain five of the 15 points, as has been predicted by some Football pundits, League One would be set for a tumultuous finale.
The three clubs in with a chance of being promoted in the second automatic place would be separated by one point.
Each of those three clubs would be playing one of the three clubs trying to avoid the final relegation place.
now that would be interesting:-)
Final day fixtures

tbh did we expect anything different?
They never make things easy for us, never have...we have been done over more times than I would care to mention from bent referees to biased commentators, to idiot TV presenters, we've had the lot thrown at us time and time again.
We've always come through it time and time again. They laugh at us for going into league one and they don't like it when we laugh louder.
We don't care about glory in the same way other 'big' clubs do, we care about honour and supporting ones team. We have proved that no matter what, Leeds will always have a crowd worthy of the name.
Whatever happens, come next season we will be there, we will be smiling, we will overcome anything and everything 'they' throw at us. We will be Leeds. We are Leeds. |
