I have e-mailed them about this.  They say in that article and in the terms and conitions on the application form that you must be permanently residing outside England, Scotland and Wales, which would allow me to get membership for mum or dad so I can get an extra play-off ticket.  But on the application form, right at the top it says that you cannot be a UK resident!  So, have they just forgotten about Northern Ireland, or are we allowed to get the membership as we are overseas?  They should clear these things up by being consistent with UK or Britain.

That bloody stinks Joe.I was actually thinking of you when i posted it,because it said outside England,Scotland and Wales.
Surely if its in black and white they have to honour it?

That's what I thought but I wouldn't be able to argue with them about it.  I'll see what reply I get, to see whether I can get another membership.

We can apply from Northern Ireland

And they said they'd fix it on the site.

Going down to Post Office now to see if John will fax it for me (he's a Leeds fan) and if not will send it off in the post, and just hope I'm in the first 1000.
