Is no news good news?

It's official Day 2 of the Appeal to overturn the 15 point deduction by the Football League, and with no news circulation so far, we assume the Arbitration hearing is still ongoing. It is understood one of the key issues to be discussed was that Leeds signed an agreement prior to the start of the League that they could not appeal against the decision. We can only speculate that this item would have been one of the first issues to be discussed when the hearing began yesterday. Leeds Utd would have had to prove why this document was not valid, which they have previously argued was signed under duress with the threat of League expulsion imminent.

If this document was proved to be valid, is it safe to assume the appeal would have been dismissed and proceedings quickly brought to a halt? Is the fact that there has been no news, good news for Leeds fans eagerly awaiting an update?

Has this potential hurdle been overcome?

In the absence of any confirmed statements, speculation is all we have!

Don't think they would have dismissed the appeal on that alone - they will be listening to all sides of the case before deciding. Just have to sit tight and wait this one out - we had enough practice last summer - judging by the paranoia and remarks coming from Doncaster and Carlisle, they must think we are getting them all back

yeh i think there all well rattled lol **** em most of them voted against us anyway.
whats fair is fair we will get all 15 points back watch this space !
