Tottenham captain Ledley King was reportedly thrown out of a nightclub after celebrating his Spurs side's Carling Cup win.
The England international defender was photographed being escorted out of the Faces nightclub in Essex after a night of drinking following yesterday's extra-time 2-1 win over Chelsea at Wembley.
King, 27, had led his side to victory over the defending cup holders after returning to the team from injury.
But he needed to be restrained by friends and fellow players after scuffling with bouncers in the early hours of this morning.
King attempted to get back in to the club after being ejected before being eventually calmed by a friend and Spurs team-mate Alan Hutton.
An onlooker told the London Lite: "He was clearly the worse for wear and could barely stand up.
"He got very angry when the bouncers got him outside. He's a very big lad and they were having trouble keeping him under control. He looked completely out of it."
Aaron Lennon, Jermaine Jenas, Tom Huddlestone, Steed Malbranque, Pascal Chimbonda and Younes Kaboul were also out at the Essex nightspot until the early hours as Spurs celebrated their first trophy since 1999.
Manager Juande Ramos had given his stars the green light to let their hair down after the victory, which was achieved when Jonathan Woodgate scored a 94th minute winner.
