Dry and bright in the west. Cloudy and showery elsewhere.

Today:
Overcast with showery bursts of rain across central and eastern Britain, though tending to dry-up towards the end of the afternoon. The cloud giving way to dry and sunnier weather across Northern Ireland and western Britain, especially this afternoon.

Tonight:
Becoming mainly dry across all parts this evening and overnight, with broken cloud. Feeling generally fresher than of late. Rain for Northern Ireland and western Scotland late in the night.

Wednesday:
Dull and wet across Northern Ireland and western Scotland. generally fine and dry elsewhere, though turning cloudy in the west later.

Me too Jo, I lent my mum my 'lightbox' as I get S.A.D. I think I need it back already! Usually I'm ok in the summer months with the birght sunshine doing it's job, but with all this dullness its really bringing me down

Yeah Ive got one of those light boxes but I was that sad it didnt work for me.

Looks like Im gonna have to get that light box out.

Sunday and Monday were brill, why cant it stay like that.

Ive got a real bad headache due to the weather.

i was on beach at 5.00 this morning and it was flip cold , i had to dance on the beach to get warm
