Fern Britton has lost loads of weight recently and looks so much better for it.Yesterday the papers were slagging her off,because they said she had not lost the weight by exercise and healthy eating,but had a gastric band fitted.
Does it matter how she lost the weight?
She realised she wasn't happy as she was and did something about it!Good on her.Im finding it difficult,but i have lost a stone.I am now walking 3 miles at least once a week with Lucas and hoping that i wont put too much back on while im away.If i could afford a quick fix way i would do it

Wished I could lose weight, I dont eat anything but still put seem to put weight on.

Fern is one of the most loveliest people ever to come on tv. She is so real. Good on her for losing the weight, no matter HOW she did it. She always dressed sexily even as a larger lady, and had such style, but she looks so much healthier being slimmer. Can't be easy being married to a top Chef lol!
